Winter NAMM 2014 SNEAK PREVIEW: MXL Builds on Success of Web Conferencing Microphones

MXL Microphones is adding new USB boundary microphones to its AC Series that will provide wired and wireless options for web conferencing applications.

El Segundo, CA (January 26, 2014) – MXL Microphones, a division of Marshall Electronics, is introducing the new AC-424 USB Boundary Web Conferencing Microphone. It has the same three-capsule design of the successful AC-404 boundary microphone plus the added features of a headphone jack and sensitivity switch.

The MXL AC-424 is powered by a USB cable with a standard Type B plug, a mute button and sensitivity switch, and a headphone out. Users can adjust the sensitivity switch to suit the size of the room. It has three capsules for a 180 degree pickup range. The AC-424 will have a contemporary new body style that looks professional and modern in any conference room.
