The Widowed Earth Launch a Success
Dos Floris’ launched her debut album,The Widowed Earth on the 12th November at Disco D’oro, an independent record shop in Bologna, Italy that has been going since 1976.
Dos Floris played a live set amongst the vinyls,cds & tapes of countless musicians in an intimate setting that included some local fans, family and friends. It was the first live outing for the band and further dates are currently being finalized with appearances in the UK due for 2016.
The owner of Disco D’oro hailed the album as “album of the year” and have invited Dos Floris to perform in their 40 years of Disco D’oro celebrations to be held at the beginning of 2016.
They have also ordered copies of the album which will be available at the shop from next week. Fans, friends & family provided a warm welcome for Dos Floris describing the live performance as “even better than the album”, “energising” & “emotional”
The Widowed Earth is now available from all digital music outlets & as a limited edition cd (available in some select record stores) & can also be ordered from DyNaMik Record’s Musicglue shop as a digital download http://www.musicglue.com/dynamik-records/products/the-widowed-earth
