The lineup is now complete ! With the addition of Mark Zapata on drums, Spiritual Sickness is poised to hit the road with new Power Metal outfit Ghost Ship Octavius. Former members of Nevermore, Himsa and God Forbid, Van Williams and Matt Wicklund have asked us to support them on a 15 date tour that will bring the two bands across the east coast of the US and up into Canada ! We have worked hard and had great success on smaller tours and we know that if we can bring our music to new audiences that the benefits will be monumental ! We believe that the people who come to our shows, and pay hard earned money to do so, deserve the best experience that we can offer them. We pride ourselves on their strong work ethic and our devotion to our supporters, and that includes all who help to make this tour happen. Currently we are in the studio working on our, as yet untitled, second full length album. This tour could get us the attention that we need outside of New York !

We are trying to raise $6,500.00. We arrived at this number because we are financing a new album and the tour to promote it. In today’s music industry it is necessary to tour in support of a new record. Live events are more popular than ever. States outside of New York do not have the entertainment available that NYC has 24 hrs a days 7 days a week. We want to bring our music and our show to more people across this country and across Canada. We would love to perform our music to people in markets outside of the US and think this tour can give us the exposure and experience we need.

In exchange for your support, we would like to bring you inside of our process. We would like to grant you access to our world. We are regular guys with a passion for creating and performing music. We would like our supporters and contributors to have exclusive access, and exclusive merchandise. Access to things like rough mixes of the new record, writing sessions, and recording sessions that no one else will have !

Our last tours with Ghost Ship Octavius and Cage, although smaller, were very successful for us. We received great responses from crowds seeing us for the first time and we are excited to revisit some of those places and visit new ones.

With your help we can build upon the successes of our previous tours. Playing shows for great people who support live music is what we love to do. Which is why we put so much of our time, money, and effort into this band. To reach the next level and be a part of larger, more successful tours we need your help. With hard work and your support we are sure that we can put ourselves on bigger stages with other great bands, so we thank you for any support you may be able to give us !

There are many facets to having a successful tour, especially when booking it yourself. Simple everyday things like food, lodging, equipment, and transportation become major considerations, especially when there are multiple bands traveling together. Coordinating all of these things presents significant challenges and one of the biggest challenges is cost. Your help would allow us to record the best record we can and participate in a great tour to showcase it ! We are not looking for you to pay for everything as we are contributing our own money towards all of this as well but we cannot do it all alone.
