The third full-format album of electronic project OMNIMAR released yesterday May 19th on the German label darkTunes Music Group. The Release titled ‘Poison’ appeared along with a new club music video ‘Boom Boom’, shot in April. Based in Russia, OMNIMAR offers a strong sound with ecstatic rhythmic presence.
‘Poison’ includes 11 new tracks of different sounding works, from club dance style tracks ‘I Go On On My Own’ or ‘Boom Boom’ to dark synth-pop ballads like ’40 Steps’ or ‘I Wanna Know Now’. The ‘Poison’ Album is available in all digital stores and streaming services, and also as limited Digipack CDs.
The Album’s predecessor was EP “Out Of My Life” and the music video of the same name. The release got many positive reviews by European and Russian critics, and also entered DAC, main European alternative music chart.
OMNIMAR is a female-fronted electronic alternative-pop project from Russia. The project’s sounding is inspired by European club and gothic music, saturated with an atmosphere of modern British synthpop. There are 3 full-format Albums, 6 EPs and around 10 videos on band’s account. OMNIMAR now includes: vocalist and composer Maria Mar, sound-producers Alex Vrt and Oleg Xaler.
