The 5th Annual Tequila & Taco Music Festival returns to Plaza Park in Downtown Ventura, Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23 from 11:30 am-6pm each day.

A two-day celebration of Tequilas, Tacos, Award-Winning Margaritas and great Live Music can only mean one thing: The return of the 5th Annual Tequila & Taco Music Festival to Ventura’s Plaza Park, 651 E. Thompson Blvd. in Downtown Ventura, on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23. Hours:11:30 am to 6:00 pm each day. Premiere 2-Day Passes: $60; Saturday’s Tequila Sampling, $40 (11:30 am-3:30 pm); General Admission (both days): $10. Info: (805) 628-9588. Saturday, Tequila takes center stage with a variety of Top Shelf Tequila and Mezcal Sampling, live music throughout the entire day, and, of course, Gourmet Street Tacos! Award-Winning Margaritas and Craft Beer will also be available for purchase.

Participating Tequila Vendors include: AsomBroso Tequila; Dulce Vida Tequila; Venus Spirits; 3 Crowns Distributors & Imports; Mezcal Real de Jalpa;Puente-Internacional; Tequila Corazon; Pernod Ricard Brands; The Bloody Cure; Tattoo Tequila; Glass Bottom Distributor.Live Entertainment on Saturday by DJ Cue, Heavy Metal-Meets-Mariachi favorites Metalachi, and the rhythmic Brazilian sounds of SambaDa’.

Saturday, July 22 – Tequila Day 11:30 am to 6:00 pm

(Tequila Sampling is from 11:30 am-3:30 pm ONLY)

Sunday, July 23 – Mas Margaritas 11:30 am to 6:00 pm

It’s Mas Margaritas and SundayFunday at beautiful Plaza Park in Downtown Ventura! Bring the family and enjoy a sunny Summer afternoon while sipping on an assortment of Margaritas and eating delicious tacos – all while enjoying a great music lineup! There is no Tequila Sampling on Sunday. Live Entertainmenton Sunday once again by the aforementioned DJ Cue and SambaDa’, plus Adelaide, who performs a moving Tribute to the late singer, Selena Quintanilla-Perez.

All ticket holders will have access to Food Vendors, Craft Beer and Margarita Booths, and Live Music. Food and tacos are not included unless you purchase a Premiere Two-Day Pass. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to purchase either the Premiere Two-Day Pass or Tequila Experience.

In the unlikely event of a heavy rain, thunder, lighting or strong winds and the event is canceled due to safety concerns there are no refunds.
