Ben (BW) Johnson : From The UK

Laptop Drawing on Ruled paper.

Hello guys at IPM,

I’m a 19 year old musician with experience playing countless venues over the last 3 years in and around London, including The Troubadour, The Underbelly, The Good Ship, The Courtyard Theatre and many others. I’ve been making music for a while and love the idea of getting it heard by people who really want to listen to it.

To cut to the chase I’ve included a link to my most recent (and most experimental) album The Jungle, released at the end of 2016 and all recorded on my iPhone (hopefully it doesn’t sound like it was…). The year before I released the country/folk album Ramblings via Rough Trade and at the beginning of this year I released the free Easter EP. Other projects I’ve done include Prince and Conor Oberst covers, a Sufjan Stevens cover album available on Soundcloud and a charity single inspired by that project available on Bandcamp.

I’ve got music lined up for October release this year, so if you enjoy what I’ve sent let me know and I can send that over when it’s released.

All other links can be found on my website.

Many thanks, Ben (BW) Johnson
