Brick City Records signs Baileyrp
Brick City Records signs Ohio University artist, Baileyrp for 2017-2018
Brick City Records, the student-run record label at Ohio University which pulls together a fresh roster of local artists every year, announced that they signed Baileyrp, a singer/songwriter from Cleveland who is a student at the university. Putting out a steady stream of Folk and Pop music on her SoundCloud, Baileyrp has started to amass a dedicated online following from her dorm room.
Bailey Panzeca started writing and recording her own music 2 years ago and has received over 100k plays on her most popular song, “Somehow”, a heartbreaking song about separation, a feeling all too familiar for teenagers heading off to college. Her songwriting is familiar and comforting while still exploring different production techniques in her self-produced bedroom-pop music. She will be stepping into a recording studio for the first time to record with Brick City Records, so be on the lookout for her first studio recordings next spring.
Brick City Records is working closely with Bailey as she develops her music and shapes her artistry in a new way in the studio.
