IndieShout Out: The Smiling Faces

IndiePulse Music Magazine EXCLUSIVE First Listen to “The Same Thing” by The Smiling Faces from their upcoming new album “Don’t Ever Talk to Me Again”

The Smiling Faces are a 4-piece jazzy experimental rock band from Phoenix, Arizona. They combine an endless list of influences from Violent Femmes to ELO to Thelonious Monk with their own special brand of tongue-in-cheek desperation to create a rich and varied sound.

“The Same Thing” is one of the band’s “punkier” cuts, clocking in at only a minute and a half of blistering, imprecise enthusiasm. “The Same Thing” will be found on their debut LP, Don’t Ever Talk to Me Again, later this summer.

IndiePulse Music Magazine has The Exclusive First Listen to “The Same Thing” by The Smiling Faces, So Listen to it Loud !
