Wild  Heart  Records  is  proud  to  present  the new  release  by  Jonathon  Long.  An 11 track masterfully performed album of Southern Guitar Rock and Blues styling, rhythmic courses and lyrical genius. From the albums first emotionally driven song “Bury Me” all the way through to the final offering “Where Love Went Wrong”, a fine romantic piece that moves you inside, this is on of the best new blues albums I have heard this year.

In addition to Jonathon  Long on Vocals, Acoustic  and Electric Guitars, Julian  Civello on Drums, Chris  Roberts on Bass, and Phil  Breen  on Keyboards. In addition we are witness to the talents on Samantha  Fish, the album’s co producer, performing Guitar  the songs “Bury  Me”, “The  Light” and Vocals  on “The  River” a song that also features the talents of  Michael  Harvey, whom plays Fiddle. Stunning and stimulating, Jonathon Long weaves tales of life, love loss and redemption, of memories and memorials, a life well lived and regrets of missed moment, everything that make the Blue so wonderful, and Guitar Rock so powerful.

The  music pours  just  as  effortlessly as  the  soul  of  his  voice  and  the  depth of  his  lyrics throughout  the  recording. On  this  self-titled  release Jonathon  covers  the  Soul, Blues  and Rock  spectrum.  You  get  the  burning  guitar,  pristine vocals,  and the emotionally stirring music, qualifying  him  as  one  of  the  most  prolific writers  on  the  scene.
