The Mistys’ latest single titled The Lovely Dead Girl At Table Six is OUT NOW.
The Lovely Dead Girl at Table Six is what spurred on the artistic journey that The Misty is currently undergoing. The track was recorded in his own home about a year ago, as well as later enlisting the help of La Frette Studios in Paris, the same studio chosen by rock band Arctic Monkeys for their latest LP release.
The Misty infuses his electric groove with poisonous fantasies, he promises to give us the sound of aqueous guitars and an aerial croon to create music with intense depth. His roots in music lie firmly with rock bands, trying his hand at this scene for 4 to 5 years however after feeling artistic frustration he moved onto what we hear today. His sound could be described as synthetic rock, with elements influenced by the likes of Tame Impala and Jeff Buckley as well as tastes of 50’s symphonic jazz and 70’s psychedelic rock.
Alongside the single release The Misty produced a music video, with the help of China Town Studios, featuring a French model to help put together the visual. The hazy blue vibe matched with the deeply captivating track showcases his ability to create very high standards of artistry.
You can now listen to The Lovely Dead Girl On Table Six – The Misty available to stream on all major digital platforms.
