Passaro latest EP “Anguish” is here!
Alternative Rock artist Passaro released his 6 track EP titled Anguish on the January 12th of this new year and it is fantastic.
Hailing originally from Los Angeles but later moving to Birmingham, Alabama, Passaro’s path has progressed just as his music has. Anguish comes as the debut project under the artist name Passaro, a collection of 6 alternative, pop rock tracks of that each have their own story.

Passaro’s previous musical career saw him under the name of Bird, working with many talented instrumentalists such as drummer Michael Miley of stadium rock band Rival Sons as well as bassist Greg Coates. Not only that, the group Bird3 had the opportunity to work with Grammy award winning producer Richard Dashut and the immense talent of Nick DiDdia who has a history with Bruce Springsteen and Rage Against The Machine.
Together they created silvery, charismatic conceptions of Pop Rock that went against mainstream stylistic elements. By playing gigs around LA and building up a reputable set of listeners, the band also earned the attention of record companies such as their signing to Immergent Records.
Following a tough transition into his new environment, Passaro is back doing what he loves, making music that inspires people. Now finding himself in a place where the battle with inequality is ongoing, he wants his music to make a change, teaching the importance of celebrating differences.

Their hit Forgot Your Name was in the Van Wilder Soundtrack and has over 500,000 hits on Youtube.
In 2019 front man Passaro wants to create a sound that is unique, combing elements of synth pop with heavier genres of rock. His main musical influences include the likes of NIN, Queens of the Stone Age and Radiohead.
