Album Review by Rocky Ferrenburg

Loss of Existence is back and better than ever! L.O.E. has all their original members again, and are cranking out some new hard hitting songs. The Clown Incident is L.O.E.’s third studio album. This album gets back to the classic metal sound with a series of songs built around heavy riffs, well executed melodies, and structured break downs.

“My favorite song is Clown it’s got a little of everything double bass a groove cool break down it gets my blood flowing for sure.” – Jon Hickman, Drummer

Metal has been changing for quite sometime. I find it great to see a band come out and really nail down a heavy performance. L.O.E. doesn’t just harken back to that raw metal sound, but they also incorporate some very unique stylistic choices that allow for them to stand above other metal bands.

“We have been getting better as a band with every new album.” – Chris Haney, Bassist

A Clown Incident, along with their other albums, are a direct screen shot of what you get at a live performance. This album puts the listener in a place where they feel like they are at a live show.

“To see Ace Freely playing with his pickup on fire, then letting it go to fly above him and explode, and I’m like, that’s what I want to do!!!” – Jerry Darling, Guitarist

L.O.E puts on one hell of a show, Mohawks and long hair, vests and band shirts lets fans know that they are at a heavy metal show. With lighting and a stage presence beyond your standard locals, they are a band that will keep you coming back for more.

“I never stop advancing [musically]. There is always room to improve.” – Shawn Durrant, Guitarist

If you are an underground metal fan this will not be an album that you will want to slip by. Make sure that you pick up A Clown Incident, April 2019!
