Premiering as a platform for outspoken ideas, OCL is committed to empowering left-field, gender-positive, genre-bending projects, artists and cultural spaces. At the moment, OCL exists in the world of FB, Soundcloud, Instagram and Mixcloud.

One such artist is Music producer Pulpy Shilpy, whom is set to release her debut electronic ep SLOUGH on March 15, 2019, across all major digital stores.
