Sequential Records look to deliver a unique underground music experience firmly dedicated to the support and development of the finest cutting edge electronic music. Thriving on creative, like-minded people armed with initiative and something new to say. The launch of this label is not just about releasing music, For them, it is all about having the freedom to express what they love in what they do with a strong view to keeping things fresh.

They see their sound as cross-genre, not trying to be too cool, with a great amount of emphasis on quality over quantity. having already found their feet among the dance elite with amazing support from some of the world’s elite DJ’s and Producers in the industry.

Sequential Records now host their own Radio show which is broadcasted live from New York City and streamed globally to over 100,000 listeners a show. The show features special guests such as Flashmob, Scott Diaz, Sean Sines Subliminal Records to name a few in previous months.

In a short space of time they look to search out great up and coming talent and help broadcast their passion and the love of music. Looking to build a family of artists that work together in becoming successful which will allow the label to showcase talented artists to the widest possible audiences. With a vast and expansive promo list, they ensures music tracks reach the right hands and hit the right dance floors worldwide.

Jay Cosgrove

Label boss and in house remixer and producer for the label

Label Owner for House label “Sequential Records” and has frequently recorded under alias’ SoulReazon & M3NC, with tracks signed to labels such as Hotfingers, Mad Hatter Records, Blacksoul Records, Rezonation, Applique and many more.

Jay Cosgrove has achieved in the space of a few short years what many producers try for a lifetime. Turning his hand to a variety of styles while still maintaining a strong signature sound, Jay has created an admired musical identity and a loyal global following.

Jay Cosgrove is part of a new guard of house DJs and producers who resonate as artists, party people, DJ’s, and live acts. Raised in Manchester, Jays teenage days in his City helped launch his infatuation with club culture that would bring him to Ibiza and various other countries during the summers.

Ultimately relationships forged and those island summers helped him become an integral cog in thriving music scenes in Ibiza, London, Leeds and of course hometown Manchester, where Jay’s Label Sequential Records has hosted Showcase parties and regular gigs at the likes of Sankey’s Manchester helped him make his mark in the city during his winters. During the summer, gigs with Sankey’s Ibiza, Kanya, Zoo Project (Channel Zoo) and many others helped him gain a foothold in the Ibiza Scene while defining a sound that was uniquely, electronic, Deep, filled with energy and a consistent groove.Jay has held residencies down for huge brands such as Pacha, Sankey’s Manchester, Venus Manchester, Hed Kandi, Spektrum. Space, Eden.

Jay’s passion for the music scene hasn’t ended with just his performances, with already a string of charting releases under his belt signed to labels and his own label Sequential Records… his knowledge of what does the damage on the dance floor has certainly been put to great use in his studio time.

Consistent to his production quality are low subbed bass lines, jacking beats and cool undertones of deep synth lines and melodies. His latest releases have received great praise from some of the biggest names in the industry the likes of DJ Sneak, Kenny Dope, Darius Syrossian, Todd terry, Kerri Chandler, and many many more have all spoke of praise for recent tracks Jay has put his hands to.

Jay’s focus these last 3 months of 2019 have been solely dedicated and committed to the re launch and rise and success of his very own label Sequential records. Jay has locked into all the corners of the globe in sourcing out fresh new talent. With artists now signed from countries such as USA, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Australia, Uk, Israel, Russia and many many more…. the label has already reached out on a global front.

The label has currently been featured for exclusive world plays on BBC Radio 1 several times, had main back page features in the past exclusive features in the Daily Mirror and with their past chart success reaching number 2 in two separate charts along with 9 in the overall deep House chart its clear to see that Jay and Sequential Records are getting things done in a huge way. 

Daniel Brooks

Release forth coming release on Sequential Records The Fifth EP Exclusive to Traxsource

Midlands, UK based DJ & producer Daniel Brooks. Daniels music mingles between deep and tech house, his signature combination of low slug bass, snappy percussion, and small vocal motifs ensure all his releases appeal to both DJ & dance floor alike. Daniels next gig is at the Third Eye Collective (where he’s a resident) 2nd Birthday event with headliner Huxley. Currently working on some new project for his own label and new music under his techno alias Faded Void. Daniel Next release is the 5th EP on sequential Records, with releases TBC on Hungarian Hot Wax & One Thousand Wires audio later on in the year.

Cossway  

Born in Moscow in 1990, Fedor Velyaminov has been always interested in music and started producing at the age of 13 inspired by famous house labels such as Strictly Rhythm or Plastic city just to mention a few. Currently based in Moscow, he experiments with the music and represents deepology label… He has a forth coming 3 track EP  called Point of View coming soon on release with Sequential Records

 

Franky Star 

Frank Blythe aka FrankStar hails from the north east of The UK and has been producing dance music for around 20 years. A writer, producer and label owner of 4th Quarter Music FrankStar is a name rapidly becoming synonymous with British soulful house music. FrankStar has worked and collaborated with singers and producers from around the world with releases on King Street Sounds, Quantize, HSR, Tony Records and S&S Records to name but a few as well as original tracks released on his own label 4th Quarter Music. Influences come from his love of 70’s Disco and soul and RnB from the the 80’s and 90’s. A self-taught musician and producer Frank continues to learn and develop his craft with every project he undertakes. Franks latest project is with Australian Soul Diva Rebecca Burgin and has been signed to the fantastic Sequential Records. Frank says ‘It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Jay and the guys at Sequential! I am really looking forward to the release of our new single Move On and to hearing the remixes on the EP. Hopefully this is just the start of a close working relationship with the guys at Sequential records so I am very excited about this release and working with Jay and the guys at Sequential in the future”. Frank has a number of live appearances coming up this summer in connection with Soul’d Out Productions and is hoping to build on his past success with tracks forthcoming with Chanelle, Stephanie Cooke and Louise Browne but to name a few

Alfie Sparks 

Alfie Sparks is a new artist to join Sequential Records this year who has already finished up a remix for the label.

Although new to the label, this artist is not new to the game and has previously worked under a myriad of aliases producing various genres of music. Expect dark and intimate beats, bouncy grooves and head nodding baselines – A new EP is also in the works which is bound to make strides in 2019 with Sequential Records
