Fake It – New single from Erich Mrak

Young, upcoming pop/experimental hip hop/electronic artist Erich Mrak always seeks new heights, pushes the limits and embraces new challenges. He began writing his own music at the age of seven and is still doing so. Erich’s in-house producer is Bento, another Toronto native. His signature sound is characterized by downtempo beats, melancholy vocals and spacious melodies. His lyrics and visuals present the every day.

Once again, Erich Mrak lets loose on the world his emotionally driven lyrics with somber tones and hypnotic hooks, he states his feelings as fact and lays down a rhyme with real reason. An like life itself it is sweet but holds a deeper meaning if you search for it.

Continuing his 7 month campaign, Erich follows up “Navigate” & “Drive” with his latest single, “Fake It”. Written by Erich, with production done by Bento, “Fake It” showcases an introspective, brooding side of Erich, as he discusses his attempts to conceal how he’s been feeling. “Fake It” is the 3rd of 6 singles being released each month from January to June, making up a currently untitled EP.
