Backdrop Falls release new album, “There’s No Such Place As Home”
Punk Rock act Backdrop Falls have just release their new album “There’s No Such Place As Home” on May 22 in all streaming platforms.
Launch in digital format via Electric Funeral Records (Brazil), the band is going to make the album distribution through several record labels in the world in the next upcoming months.
“There’s no such place as home”, the somewhat nihilistic title sets the mood for what’s coming lyric-wise when you first listen to this record.
Backdrop Falls’ debut comes with an interesting approach and unloads some anxiety-driven choruses through nine aggressive yet melodic punk rock tunes. Their first full-length, feature an energetic kind of punk rock sound combined with heartfelt reflexive lyrics that persistently question one’s role in modern society.
Along with the album release, Backdrop Falls shared the first music video of, “Reach the Sky.
To support the album, the band is launching four new videos (to be released weekly) every month, being one music video, one lyric video, a live version and an acoustic version, each track off the record will have four different videos. The band presents a very solid record with a lot of catching tracks, and they are set to become one of the best releases in punk/hardcore scene in Latin America this year.
