Mercy Collazo

Merging together the sweet sultry sounds of soul, pop, drops of jazz and heartbreak…you have Mercy. With a cogent appetite for music at the early age of 16, this native Los Angeles starlet discovered an undeniable gift illuminated by the sounds of her Grandfather’s Spanish guitar.

Having grown up with celebrated musical influences such as Portishead, Ella Fitzgerald, Madonna, Massive Attack, Amy Winehouse,  and among others, Mercy began to transform her sound from a powerful rock to a now multifarious one, synthesizing genres of Soul, Jazz, Rock, Trip Hop, Electronica and Pop into an ever-resonating conglomerate of musical harmonies.

Mercy entices audiences of all ages with her deep sounds, enchanting voice, raw guitar skills, and captivating lyrics. Having just signed with the legendary Bay area rapper Too$hort , she is releasing “The Pendejo Playlist”, a compilation of feel good jams.

Mercy Collazo never disappoints her audience with her amazing gifted voice.  They love her everywhere she performs. Recently, she’s been performing her own rendition of “Blow the Whistle,” which has become a favorite.
