Ava Rene is a London based Soulful Pop singer-songwriter, she has often been compared to the likes of Amy Winehouse & Adele. The early days of her practice, she sang gospel music in her school choir.

Since then, she has performed in some of the most respectable venues. These include Ronnie Scotts and The Bedford, home to Sam Smith and Emeli Sande. She has been featured on BBC TV, Music week, Record of The day and BBC Radio. The artist brings through a new wave of Pop music to the industry.

Ava Rene will be on BBC Introducing artist with Edward Adoo on Sunday 12th of may.
