The Influencers Release New Track
New York alt-pop band The Influencers are proud to announce the release of their latest single Fallin’. The track is a catchy singer-songwriter number, with clean electric guitar and vocals to start with, evolving poetically with 4 part harmonies, piano riffs and string solo’s.
Fallin’ was written collaboratively by Evan (vocals), Steven (percussion) and the band’s producer Rizzo. Here’s what they had to say:
“Fallin was one of those songs that wrote itself. I sat down on a cold winter’s night after being on the road, picked up my acoustic and wrote it in under 10 minutes. The problem was that I tried rewriting it about 50 times and seemingly made it worse each and every time. It wasn’t until we got into the studio that Rizzo, our producer, helped produce the song into its simple, straight forward and original form. He helped outline and structure of the song while Steven helped me refine the lyrics and fill out the harmonies.” – Evan
“The song is one of those classic love songs but focuses on the difficulties of long distance relationships.
The song was recorded at Q Department Studios in NYC as well as both my Home Studio and Evan’s Home Studio. The song features Noah Wood, a local classically trainer cellist.” – Steven
Fallin‘ is released through Tonotopic Records and is available everywhere for you to buy and stream.
