‘Dare to Dream’ has been a long time coming for Daf. ‘I released a single over three years ago and the next step was always going to be an EP – though it’s taken longer than I’d originally planned’ he says.
He sings in both English and Welsh on the project, displaying powerful, gravelly vocals upon hard-hitting, guitar-driven instrumentals. Initially taken as a handful of acoustic tracks into the studio, Daf’s songs were given the full-band treatment, later decorated with strings and vocal harmonies to elevate their sound.

After growing up in Anglesey with a passion for music and singing, Daf has been performing as a solo artist for over seven years, garnering a reputation around North Wales for his live shows. Inspired by artists such as Tom Petty, Paolo Nutini and fellow compatriots Stereophonics, his anthemic acoustic style has drawn comparisons to the likes of Ryan Adams and Passenger.

Upcoming live dates:
  • 7/26/19 – EP launch evening, Rhosneigr, Anglesey
  • 7/27/19 – Stables Restaurant & Lodge, Llanwnda, North Wales
  • 7/31/19 – Bank of Conwy, Conwy, North Wales
  • 8/09/19 – Venue Cymru, Llandudno, North Wales
  • 8/16/19 – Music Hall Tap, Chester, Cheshire
  • 8/18/19 – The Irish Bar, Llandudno, North Wales
‘Dare to Dream’ will be released on July 26th, 2019 on all major streaming platforms.
