Deem Spencer featured on Chronicle’s Debut Album “Saturday”
Chronicle takes a page from Tierra Whack with his 18 minute long, 10-track album. “Saturday” explores a day of overthinking and obsessing over relationships that amounted to very little, with Deem Spencer featured on the title track.
“Saturday” is available to stream everywhere on November 30th, 2019.
The Chicago raised Singer-songwriter/rapper started writing and producing in high school but soon diverted his attention to a career in TV and Film; including dropping out during his first semester at Harold Washington college to completely refocus his efforts. Since then Chronicle has ventured back to music releasing two EPs, “I’m Good For It” and “I Think it Means More to Me”, since October of 2018.
The creation of “Saturday” began in October with the composition of its title track which was initially meant to be on “I’m Good For It”. After several months of writing and beat production; Chronicle was able to get in touch with Deem as well as reach out to London artist GINS who first got his attention years earlier with her YouTube cover of “White Ferrari”.
