New Tech and Toys: MoodoGo – Mobile Environment Enhancement

I like to be on the cutting edge of new tech for personal lifestyle products, the fun things that make every day special. There are new products that come out with a mind-boggling frequency, and many never make the grade, either too expensive, don’t deliver on their promises or, well useless for anything other than an overpriced doorstop. However, once in a while I do come across something that is special, an item that is sometimes specific, but has many hidden uses. 

I recently came across a product called MoodoGo, designed as a mobile version of an established product The Moodo Smart Home Fragrance Diffuser, advertised as the only diffuser that allows you to customize scents according to your taste, mood and lifestyle. The home unit, which holds up to 4 unique and wonderfully ambient aromas is designed as a Smart Home Device, that can be controlled manually or with a phone-based app or can connect to a “Smart Speaker”, such as the Google Home or Alexa Unit.  

The MoodoGo is vastly different as it is designed to be mobile, it can plug into a wall plug, connected by USB interface cable, like your phone and fits neatly into an automobile cup holder. With the uniquely patented design, it can enhance the “in-car experience”, and unlike the typical auto air freshener, with its premium scent capsules The MoodoGo can be any scent you like to use. 

I love using mine at home, it fits out of the way, barely noticeable, while operating it is silent and I can adjust the strength to suit the occasion. I also have a special comment here, since I love to cook, I am always experimenting, and often those experiments, well… I am no expert chef, so my MoodoGo is right there to help get rid of the culinary mistakes that may linger. I also like to take mine out to places, I have a Charge Battery Pack i can connect to it, so if I want, I can set it out on the table at my favorite outdoor café… yes, I do that… Ever been to a café that has… a personality… When people don’t clean up after themselves or their pets… The MoodoGo has been a savior.  

The MoodoGo is very affordable at less than $40.00 USD, and the capsules have a long life at less than $8.00 each, and with as often as I like to use it, I don’t have to get replacements often, but if I did, they offer a great subscription program.
