The artist LeeMann Bassey aka HeIsTheArtist reappears on the music scene in 2020 with a new EP called Adam & Eve. The production will be released on August 28^th, and is based on the story of the two famous Bible characters.

Adam & Eve is a combination of styles such as Jazz, R&B, Gospel and neo-Soul with a strong link to Christian music. The phonogram features 3 original songs and 3 covers, and representing the musical essence of Heistheartist (He is the artist).

“Boom (Remastered)” is one of the EP’s hottest songs. The song has sensuality and a very special blue tone, which highlights the artist’s melodious voice. Also featured on Adam & Eve is the cover of Roddy Ricch’s song “High Fashion.” HeIsTheArtist demonstrates his jazz influences through this track. The rhythmic and harmonic force of “High Fashion” reveals the musical diversity that nurtures this artist.

HeIsTheArtist’s proposal is very peculiar and even exotic. His way of writing the well-known story of Adam and Eve musically is one of its greatest attractions. Maybe it can be a bit of a risky theme in the music industry, but it can still be a very interesting addition to HeIsTheArtist’s artistic career.
