Exclusive Interview with 2fourworld

Thank you for doing our interview!  Tell our readers more about how you got started and where you are located!

Of course! I am born and raised in Nashville, TN and I basically got started by just enjoying listening to different types of music at a young age and then started to dabble into poetry and writing which then turned into songwriting. Then I tried beat making but always stayed towards the writing and I guess artist side and then it got to the point to where I was about 21 or 22 and went to the studio for the first time and at that point if I was good I was gonna go forward and pursue this dream and if I wasn’t then that was gonna be it. Now 7 or 8 years later, I feel like I deserve to be where I am and also where I’m headed.

Do you believe in Goal Setting or taking it day by day? 

I don’t think they are mutually exclusive so I say both. I think taking it day by day is a smart approach but also having goals and things to focus on gives you a sort of map to where you want to go as well. Setting goals and then taking it day by day getting there is how I live my life basically.

What is your strategy for success? 

If I had the concrete answer to that I think I would be writing a book or something but I think just trusting the process, goal setting, working hard and obtaining knowledge and then applying it is the way to go. Success means different things to different people and as it pertains to me I haven’t hit the level that I consider to be successful just yet but I know that I am on my way to it and I work every day to ensure that I hit that level and then some.

Greatest achievement so far? 

So far I would say just the overall growth that I’ve achieved because I started from ground zero and worked to this point. Something more tangible I suppose would be getting my first royalty check this year. That was definitely a great feeling knowing that I am on my way to making money and living by doing what I love and want to do.
