| Well said, Confuscious. I’ve been thinking so much lately about persistence. How many times have you accomplished something you thought was impossible, then looked back, only to realize that if you hadn’t taken every agonizing step along the way, you never would have gotten there? When things are hard, heck, when they seem impossible… I find that it’s my persistence that keeps me going. I encourage you to meditate on this thought too! |

| I had the pleasure of getting into Studio B with music producer, Brendan Keenan on Friday at Cove City Sound Studios. We started designing Choose Love Music’s first sound journey to offer as a product to the holistic market. The work experience was wonderful and the gear was exactly what I needed. While stepping into a leadership role as a music producer, not just an artist, studio owner and rock ‘n’ roll hall of famer, Richie Cannata, enlightened me with music industry stories. Apparently Cove City is where female divas start out!!! Artists such as Celine Dion, Whitney Houston….JLo. You all know how excited I was to hear about that! Come on everyone, I was channeling their Goddess energy throughout my session!!! Well, for now…everyone must wait for my releases, however, I assure you that it is nothing that you’ve heard before from me. It is ethereal, feminine and designed for you. |

| This month I will be featuring good friends, Max Feinstein and Paul Ferraro. Max is currently working on his second album and runs Silver Horse Sound located in Hoboken, NJ. He and I have shared much time on and off the stage, experimenting with innovative soundscapes and more. A heavy influence of my journey and focus to become a better artist and business woman, I am happy to provide a platform for Max to talk sound. Paul Ferraro and I share many lifetimes. He has known me since I was just a kid running around booking myself as “DJ Tava Luv” and studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. We met through a mutual friend, Nicholas Maddix while he was spinning at the old school Lower East Side house music joint, Sullivan Room, and I jumped on his set to perform vocals. From that day onward, Paulie has been an influential member of the Tava tribe and dear friend. He is an extremely talented individual crossing mediums from photography to graphic design, but for LTS, he will be showcasing his poetry. I look forward to talking sound with you, Paulie. |
