Little Wretches Excite The Misfits With “All Of My Friends”
Rock and country fans rejoice – the Little Wretches are back with their newest song, ‘All Of My Friends’. ‘All Of My Friends’ is yet another tongue-in-cheek track from the band with a sarcastic aura that pokes fun at, well…their friends – because why not? In representing their crew, the Little Wretches sing “All of my friends are on some kind of list of/Undesirables and anarchists/It’s not even safe to admit that you’re one of our friends”. It’s an interesting song that’s lively enough to have you dancing at the bar or at a party, but mellow enough so that you can listen to it in your own time to analyze the lyrics as well. Composition-wise, the Little Wretches stick to their trademark sound of strong vocals with a classic rock edge. The chorus is especially anthemic and impressively vocal-led (“Oh what comedy/Oh what torture/Oh what stories we will tell/Someday”). One standout, memorable line from the track is: “None of my friends ever made the first team/If you’re going to hell/Gotta go to extremes”. Overall, ‘All Of My Friends’ is a exciting song for the misfits and outcasts – otherwise known as the Undesirables and Anarchists. Another homerun for the Little Wretches.
