A Brother’s Revival performs the music of the Allman Brothers Band. The band features former Allman Brothers bassist David “Rook” Goldflies (Goldflēce) along with Mike Kach, of the Dickey Betts Band, on keyboards and vocals.
Once again, A Brothers Revival is currently set to tour in 2021, with a local performance at the Beacon Theater, 401 N. Main St., Friday, May 21. Showtime: 7:30pm. Tickets: $25.-$35. Info: (804) 446-3457 or visit https://www.myticketstobuy.com/event/1557.

A Brother’s Revival takes Allman Brothers’ fans back in time to hear the music of one of the most loved and successful groups in rock and roll history. Goldflēce played multiple tours and recorded three albums with the Allman Brothers Band. Says Goldflēce: “Performing with A Brother’s Revival takes the entire experience I had while touring with the Allman Brothers full circle. I learned so much about this music from the original four members – Gregg, Dickey, Jaimoe, and Butch. It’s an honor to bring what I learned back to the stage.”

Few singers have the range and passion to sing Gregg Allman’s music. A Brother’s Revivals’ Mike Kach successfully takes you back to the sound of Allman’s bluesy performances. A Brother’s Revival will perform the Allman Brothers’ most memorable classic hits, including “Whipping Post,” “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed,” “Southbound,” “Ramblin Man,” “Melissa,” “Jessica,” “One Way Out,” “Midnight Rider,” “Soulshine,” “Statesboro Blues,” and of course, “Revival.” The song list will change from show to show, with unexpected jams added — just as the Allman Brothers did to keep the show exciting for its fans.
