Sarantos’ passion for music began before the introduction of technology that we have today. He had a passion for music before he knew what precisely the word “love” meant. He wrote his first lyrics as a small child, while people-watching in his mom and pop’s family diner. Sarantos always worked and helped his parents at the restaurant, as a cook, dishwasher, or cashier. In those early days, instead of an iPhone or Ipad, all he had was a pad of paper, a loose-leaf sheet, or sometimes a napkin, to write down lyrics feverishly.

This new folk-country pop song describes how hard it gets when you miss someone dearly.
