10 Years of Modern Synthesis, Tokyo Band Bertoia Reissue Their Classic Debut Album

A classic shoegaze/indie-pop album called Modern Synthesis by Tokyo-based band Bertoia will be reissued on a cassette version.

10 years after the official release in 2011 and as their debut first-full-length album, it will bring memories with dreamy and sweet sounds. One of the classic shoegaze/indie-pop from the Japan scene that you need to hear and collect.

Formed in Tokyo, Bertoia is a Shoegazer and Indie Pop band consisting of 5 members. They take their roots from the ’80s-’90s US and UK scene, which they developed in their own way to create Bertoia music. They formed in 2007, and their long-awaited first album “MODERN SYNTHESIS” was finally released in April 2011.
