Sarantos Ramps It Up With “EyeBANGing”

Group of women

Sarantos sets three simple rules when writing a song: he wants to make you sing along, dance along, and repeat. With his latest single ‘EyeBANGing’, he ticks all the above boxes, and then some.

A modern-day renaissance man of sorts (singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, author, radio-show host, poet, philanthropist, and even part-time spy make up his list of occupations) Sarantos draws from the performative music of his heroes in Queen, Michael Jackson, and Ed Sheeran when he creates his infectious brand of pop-leaning synth-rock.

With ‘EyeBANGing’, he ramps up the lust and fervour of meeting eyes with a mysterious figure on the dancefloor. The track’s sultry beat and brooding build-up only serve to make the chorus as euphoric as the flutter of your heart when your gaze catches someone else’s. Based on his lyrics (“You want my candy, you’re eyebanging me”), he’s pulling no punches about his intentions either.

A prolific workrate has embodied Sarantos as a musician, given he’s pledged to release a song on the first of every month until the day he dies. He doesn’t, however, substitute quality for quantity, nor dilute the messages of positivity and sensuality he elevates proudly in his artistry. Throughout his relatively short seven-year stint as a musician, Sarantos can count 14 albums with 178 original tracks to his name – that’s not including the seven accompanying fantasy-fiction novels that work in tandem with his many songs. There’s plenty of positivity to go around.

The desire to create and tell stories has motivated Sarantos since he was a teenager, and we doubt it’ll let up into his latter years given his passion, coupled with talent, knows no bounds.
