Illuminade

Illuminade is an independent musician, based out of Houston, Texas.

Specializing in dark electronic and psychedelic rock, the music of this one man jam band is well known for its dark atmosphere, heavy sub bass, and profound guitar playing.

Starting out in 2020, Illuminade was formed by virtuoso guitarist Elijah Reed, as a platform for him to release his many self-produced tracks. Since its start, Illuminade has already seen radio play from places such as College Underground Radio, and Frost FM.

As of now, Illuminade is doing an ongoing music campaign, releasing one track a month, for life. While Elijah Reed has performed locally in many different bands and genres over the last seven years, he has decided to take the music of Illuminade in a different, darker direction.

Drawing on inspiration from artists such as Flying Lotus, The Mars Volta, The Weeknd, and Portishead, to name a few. Illuminade has pushed the boundaries between psychedelic rock and electronic music, bringing together musical elements from jazz, blues, latin, and rock, combining them with more modern electronic elements, such as trip-hop, trap, and dub music.
