Cowboy Troy taps into his more emotional side with new single “Be Away From You.” The singer songwriter has found a new inspiration for his music and is sharing it with the world. Known for his country rapper persona, he is slowing it down with his recent releases including “Gonna Be Alright,” “Down The Line,” and now “Away From You.”

Cowboy Troy is in a “good mood, walking on air” with his new release. The longing lyrics remind listeners of who they miss. The artist shares that, “‘Away From You’ is about the basic struggle to maintain sanity while being apart from the one you want. The distance that separates is the obstacle that needs to be overcome while taming the distraction of worrying if the feelings are mutual.”

Cowboy Troy’s career as an artist has taken him to places he could’ve never imagined from releasing chart-topping music, touring with Big & Rich, and hosting a season of the televised singing competition Nashville Star.
