Singer-Songwriter Fred Hostetler Releases New Single, “Rain Walking”
Fred Hostetler , the blues-loving American singer-songwriter and a rock era survivor, whom co-founded the seminal LA-based blues rock band, Blue By Nature in the 90’s has released a great new single titled “Rain Walking”.

In Review:
Rain Walking is a phenomenal track, listening to it was very reminiscent of late 70’s Early 80’s Folk / Ballad Music. Fred sang with a resolute joy in his words, one of reflective wisdom. Hios vocal tone was similar to that if John Lennon as he sang song in “Woman”. Once again, Fred has created a wonderful and magical song that just exudes wisdom in every note.
There is something magical about Fred’s voice in his performances of his music. Lyrically, his emotional connection to the music is obvious, and in the instrument performances, without the distraction of “technology”, electricity or effects, the music takes front and center. Fred is a truly gifted performer, and in this album, in its organic beauty, he is giving the Blues fan a spiritual calling to worship music in its purist and most perfect form.
He worked with major artists like Johnny Winter, Graham Parker,The Knack, Billy Squire, and Jeff Beck, as well as Grammy-winning producer Jack Douglas. He now resides on Whidbey Island in the Pacific Northwest. Hostetler recently received the UK’s
2021 Severn FM (UK) – The Blues Hour ‘Industry Award’. Wall of Dreams Ep is a cohesive thematic work which harkens back to progressive rock days.
Available for streaming and downloading at Amazon, Apple Music, YouTube, Spotify, and nearly everywhere. Physical CDs and all his music can also be purchased from the artist’s website: fredsheartradio.com
