Autopoiétia, album by Mon Laferte.  Mexico-based, Chilean-born, multi- Latin Grammy winning singer has released a fourteen song album in which virtually each song  a different style, but each talking about self-worth, social judgment and the reinvention – which she does with panache. Death Brought Me Back To Life, single by BINX.  Something of a departure for the LA-based South African pop singer/songwriter/producer. The lyrics are raw, the emotion is raw and it has no set structure or beginning or end. But tht is what makes it interesting. Afraid of Heights, single/video by Boygenius. The girl supergroup – Lucy Dacus, Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker – up for multiple Grammys this year, will take your heart away with this song. A stirring story — the lyrics alone will keep you thinking for some time. The music is dreamy,  but the message is so powerful, the life described so accessible and yet so unique. Like Coconut Water, single by BALTHVs.  The Columbian trio composed by Balthazar Aguirre (Guitar) Johanna Mercuriana (Bass) and Santiago Lizcano (Drums) explore the limits of funk, disco, dream pop, vaporwave, soul, R&B and world music while enveloping everything with their innate psychedelic essence.
