KILLIAN HOUGH ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM, LOVE + ELECTRICITY
An Electrifying Fusion of 80s Nostalgia, Modern Soundscapes, and Experimental Flair
San Diego, CA — Rising artist Killian Hough is set to release their highly anticipated album, Love + Electricity, on February 14, 2025. This 15-track masterpiece offers a genre-bending blend of 80s aesthetics, contemporary pop production, and bold experimental soundscapes, making it a standout project for fans of innovative music.
Spanning themes of love, longing, and self-discovery, Love + Electricity is an immersive listening experience. From the pulsating title track to the reflective closer Heaven, the album takes listeners on an emotional and sonic journey. Killian’s ability to blend timeless inspiration with modern innovation is evident throughout the record.
The album’s standout track, Rubik’s Cube, encapsulates its bold and nostalgic spirit. With arcade-like sounds, an eerie yet infectious chorus melody, and dynamic 80s-inspired production, the song transports listeners straight into the heart of a neon-lit dream.
Producers and arrangers Daniel Pina Rosas, Elijah Syx, Alt3U, ABiVEVO, and Michael Hensley contributed their talents to the album, alongside sound engineers Enrique Morales-Camacho, Joey Medeiros, Ohpal, Nick Korzi, and Daniel Pina Rosas. Each track has been meticulously crafted to create a polished, dynamic sound.
Killian Hough describes the album as, “a reflection of love’s highs and lows, its chaos and beauty, all set to a shimmering soundscape. I wanted to create something timeless yet rooted in the energy of today, with experimental elements that push boundaries.” Hough made another statement on his social media pages “This album holds so much of my heart, my imagination, and is, in many ways, a love letter to 80s pop–every song is a piece of me and my love for this world. I can’t wait for you to experience it this Valentine’s Day.”
Love + Electricity is available now for pre-order on iTunes, Spotify Pre-Save, and Apple Music Pre-Add. The full album launches on February 14, 2025, on all major streaming platforms and digital stores. For more updates, follow Killian Hough on social media (@KillianHough) and visit killianhough.com.
