While deeply rooted in the raw aggression of early death metal, Sawed Apart carves out a sound that is uniquely their own—a pummeling, low-end assault that’s as unpredictable as it is crushing.
A UNIQUE TAKE ON THE OLD-SCHOOL SOUND
Drawing inspiration from the unfiltered brutality of Autopsy, Cannibal Corpse, Baphomet, and Death, Bone Harvester embodies the primal spirit of old-school death metal. Sawed Apart blends gritty, pummeling riffs with eerie melodies, delivering a sound that is both crushing and dynamic. From the relentless attack of Bone Harvester to the morbid grooves of Cryptic Carvings. The EP’s bone-rattling low end and unpolished, DIY production capture the underground’s true intensity—best experienced at maximum volume.
Sawed Apart’s visual identity is just as raw and uncompromising as their sound, with all artwork created by bassist Alexa Marie, bringing the band’s gruesome vision to life through dark and visceral imagery.
