Out Now | New Lyric Video and radio single for “Anticipating Death” Coming Soon
LOS ANGELES, CA August 21, 2025 — Industrial thrash metal veterans Three Sixes erupt into 2025 with their most brutal and evolved work to date: CALL ME THE DEVIL — released on Freethinkers Day (January 25, 2025). Blending industrial precision, thrash intensity, hardcore grit, and horror-inspired themes, Three Sixes returns from tragedy with a vengeance, delivering an album that is unapologetically aggressive, politically aware, and sonically crushing.
With the tagline “I’ll sell your soul, to give you hope…”, CALL ME THE DEVIL channels the collective chaos of our times: global unrest, censorship, economic collapse, and religious hypocrisy. The band’s signature fusion of metal and horror remains intact, but this release reflects a new chapter—one shaped by loss, war, revolution, and the refusal to submit.
Following the tragic death of longtime bassist and LA metal legend Johnny Cardenas, the band regrouped with fire in their veins and a mission to create the most ferocious and relevant music of their career. Vocalist Damien leads the charge with unrelenting lyrical venom: “I don’t knock on your door asking you to deny god. Quit knocking on mine asking me to worship yours.”
Musically, CALL ME THE DEVIL is a masterclass in controlled chaos. Drummer and programmer Blake Chadwick delivers blast beats with machine-like precision, while guitarist Kill (Michael Cassidy) bludgeons listeners with punishing riffs, navigating between dissonance and dark groove. Every note is intentional, every lyric laced with meaning.
Currently, the band is preparing the release of a new lyric video for the track “Anticipating Death”, a standout from the album. With themes of mortality, corruption, and the human condition, it’s set to reinforce the album’s status as a vital soundtrack to a world in collapse.
About Three Sixes
Formed in Southern California, Three Sixes is a fierce hybrid of industrial thrash with hardcore elements. The band’s sound has drawn comparisons to Fear Factory, Slayer, Strapping Young Lad, and early Suicidal Tendencies—yet stands on its own with a blend of sonic brutality, socially conscious lyrics, and a menacing live presence.
Three Sixes has shared the stage with some of the most powerful acts in metal and hard rock including Fear Factory, Body Count, Strapping Young Lad, Powerman 5000, D.R.I., Warbringer, and Death Angel. With CALL ME THE DEVIL, the band now enters its most intense and unapologetic era yet.
Produced by Blake Chadwick and Three Sixes, mixed at Ultim8 Soundscapes, and mastered by Maor Applebaum (Faith No More, Sepultura, Rob Halford), the album cements Three Sixes as one of the most driven and dangerous voices in modern metal.
