Mismo Amor single by Julieta Venegas  Fast Fast-paced, sophisticated arrangement, this moves with clap beats and animated touches, making it an earworm in itself.   Venegas’ voice is a thing alive, a ringmistress pulling your dancing strings.  Addictive.  Spanish.  Stream on Spotify and major platforms.

Como Un Pájaro single by Silvana Estrada .  So sweet, so melodic, so loving in any language, Estrada caresses your ears and your heart with this loving song, modulating her voice to bring every drop of emotion possible from each note.  Beautiful.  Spanish.   Stream on Spotify and major platforms.

Tengo Ganas deLlorar single by Alejandra Rojas and  Lupita Infante. What a power team. Alejandra Rojas is a Mexican singer from Michoacán known for her powerful vocals in regional Mexican music and live performances on horseback. Lupita Infante is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and the granddaughter of musical legend Pedro Infante, who has revitalized Mexican mariachi, norteño, and ranchera music with her own contemporary voice. Together, they have created a song of ranchera-style heartbreak with the sound of a norteño or banda ballad.  Either way, you will love it.  Spanish.  Stream everywhere.

My Heart Is An Outlaw…EP by Casey Dienel. Casey Dienel is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer known for releasing music both under her own name and the moniker White Hinterland. This EP contains the two-sided release “The Butcher is My Friend/ People Can Change” plus  “Seventeen” and “Your Girl’s Upstairs.”  The songs range from sweet and melodic to quirky and insightful.  “Your Girl’s Upstairs” is especially poignant, offering a nuanced portrait of autonomy, queerness, and emotional labor.  It is amazing how much music, thought, and emotion she puts into 4 songs.  Stream on Spotify and major platforms.

Viernes de Peligro” single by La Nueva Ola de Cumbia.  The men and women of this band blend cumbia with pop, joy, freshness, and all the fun that cumbia brings.  Dance until you drop and laugh at the band’s masked antics.  So much fun.  Spanish. Stream on major platforms.

Tira Y Afloja (Afuera), single by Francisca Valenzuela, one of the most talented artists on the planet – singer, songwriter, producer, clothing designer, runway model, political activist, mom – brings us a poetic and powerful closure to her Adentro era.  Tira Y Afloja (Afuera) is a journey of longing, of heart, of life.  It uses ocean and tide metaphors to explore personal struggle, vulnerability, and learning while it carries you along like an albatross feather in the surf, never bruising you, always caressing you, but always moving you.  Truly stunning.  Spanish.  Stream on all platforms,
