SUMiT and Termanology Bring Back the Classic Feel with Physical Album Release

The title MADE reflects both SUMiT and Termanology’s philosophy toward music creation: the value of craftsmanship, work ethic, and bringing ideas into existence. The artists described the title as a reference to the principle that passions are “better made than said.”

For SUMiT, the album also represents a milestone in format and presentation. MADE marks his first project to be issued on physical media, including compact discs and vinyl. The decision to release in physical formats was deliberate, aligning with the “classic” feel of the album. The artists described the sound as smooth, driven by layered instrumentation that underscores the lyrical content.

Termanology, who has built a career on more than 50 full-length projects, emphasized that he prefers creating albums rather than shorter EPs, citing his love of long-form storytelling and project-building. The rapid expansion of MADE from three songs to seven illustrates this inclination. For both artists, the physical release serves not only as a nod to hip-hop’s earlier eras but also as a symbolic marker of creative accomplishment.
