UK Pop RnB artist Jordan Smithy is stepping into 2026 with purpose, passion and global ambition. Following the release of his heartfelt new single Echo, the rising star is already building serious momentum behind the scenes, and we can exclusively reveal there is much more to come.
“Echo” showcases Jordan at his most vulnerable. The cinematic, emotionally rich ballad highlights the vocal depth and storytelling ability that first captured national attention on Little Mix: The Search. Since then, he has continued to evolve both musically and professionally.
Jordan previously featured in the NBC Universal movie Every Body and has worked with global entertainment powerhouse The Walt Disney Company, demonstrating his crossover appeal across music, television and film. We spoke to Jordan exclusively and he revealed he has been spending time in Los Angeles working with a selection of established producers on what he describes as a collection of records that feel like hits, while still remaining true to his sound and identity as an artist.
“I’ve been in LA creating music that really defines my sound. It’s powerful, emotional, but also current. These records feel big. They feel like moments,” Jordan told us.
Sources close to the artist confirm the sessions have focused on crafting a cohesive body of work that blends Pop, RnB and cinematic influences, elevating his signature heartfelt style into something globally competitive.
Jordan’s manager has also confirmed the development, stating that this next phase represents a defining moment in his career and that the music coming out of Los Angeles is his strongest yet. According to management, this upcoming collection of songs is intentional, commercially strong and undeniably Jordan.
