Singer Songwriter Keenan Willard releases video for debut single ‘Like You Do’

Only starting to write in early 2019, Keenan Willard has already released his debut single ‘Like You Do’ with an EP to follow in the summer of 2020.

Recorded in Beacon Hill Studios which is notable for producing Khalid’s first album, ‘American Teen’. This debut sees Keenan drawing on his North Carolina roots and merging this with new inspirations in El Paso to create a stream of consciousness narrative to this personal song. The video aesthetic takes the starkness of the desert environment to represent feelings of emotional isolation and turmoil.

With an established career in News Journalism and a known television personality, Kenan Willard truly shines as a vocalist and has a spiritual cerebration in his voice. This track shows a natural, warm and responsive soulfulness and really hits home. He sings with a voice that drills in and shows an ability to share his inner passions, his lyrics are inspiring and a joy to experience.
