HOHNER ANOUNCES THE ANACLETO ACCORDION COLLECTION  AND THE VAMONOS ACCORDION WIRELESS MICROPHONE SYSTEM

THE ANACLETO COLLECTION – Hohner, Inc. announces the Anacleto Collection, a new premium line of accordions synonymous with quality, made by none other than the renowned master accordion builder, Mr. Anacleto Gabbanelli.

Hohner is proud to collaborate with one of the few remaining Italian accordion factories (IMC) located in Castelfidardo, Italy. Quality hand-made accordions have been produced in this region since the early 1800s and it is estimated that by the mid 1900s, over 200,000 accordions were produced annually for world-wide distribution. Today’s market has consolidated and the artistry and know-how required for the building of these world-class instruments is fading away. We begin a new and exciting chapter in the accordion world by offering these hand-made works of art, produced by master craftsman utilizing old world expertise.

With street prices at affordable price points, varied at the level of product choices, Anacleto accordions will be available in different keys and colors including the three-switch, five-switch, nine-switch, two-tone, four-row diatonic, and 48 bass piano models as well. All are hand crafted with hand-made reeds, beautiful crystal design, and the legendary fingerboard with smooth action that has become the trademark of Anacleto. For years these quality accordions have been a part of the music scene in many music genres including Norteño, Tex-Mex, and Zydeco.

Customers will have the option of selecting custom models that include upgraded grilles, bellow design, crystal design layout, and other features. The Anacleto series will only be available through a group of selected dealers and world-class repairs, including parts will be available.

THE VAMONOS ACCORDION WIRELESS MICROPHONE SYSTEM – Hohner, Inc. announces the launch of the Vamonos wireless accordion microphone system. Allowing performing accordion players to freely move about the stage, Vamonos deliver professional sound quality and durable on-stage performance.

“Until today, there hadn’t been a portable, comprehensive wireless accordion microphone system offered for sale in the market at any price” commented accordion product manager Gilberto Reyes Jr, “Musicians have to modify each accordion in order to permanently install costly wired microphones that had to be adopted to operate wirelessly. The Vamonos eliminates all of these issues. There are no wires and the microphone module attaches to the accordion grille with magnets making it simple to immediately switch from one accordion to another with ease. Players will never have to modify or damage their expensive accordions again” he added.

The Vamonos one-piece wireless microphone and transmitter module is made of rugged plastic construction and is designed for dependable performance. Ideal for stage performance as well as recording sessions, the microphone features two highly sensitive, precision mic elements that offer smooth frequency response, exceptional resolution and the ability to handle high sound pressure levels with limited feedback. This system will capture both the high and low reeds with exceptional quality, amplifying the natural accordion sound that players desire.

The Vamonos receiver operates over an 18MHZ UHF bandwidth and features the flexibility of selecting up to 90 UHF frequencies. The diversity design enables dual internal receiver circuits to compete for the strongest possible reception resulting in minimized noise and RF interference. The rear panel features both XLR and ¼” outputs.
