1. Eligibility:
Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. No purchase necessary. Employees of the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s affiliates and subsidiaries, FDW Corp, their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the contest.
2. Giveaway Entry Period:
The dates for the Giveaway will be communicated via post on the start date of the Giveaway (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period in order to be entered into the Giveaway. The Sponsor’s computer network time is the official clock for the Giveaway. Any and all entries received by the Sponsor outside the Entry Period are void.

Entry Considerations
Limit one entry per person.
All contest entries will become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to contest participants (where applicable).
Entries made on behalf of another individual or originating from any other Internet web site, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, are invalid and ineligible.
By entering, Entrants agree to comply with the Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Incomplete entries and entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries not received by Sponsor in time for the drawing.
4. General Conditions of Participation:
By submitting an entry for this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, damage or expense of any kind arising from or in connection to participation in this contest or with any Giveaway(s) won.
Giveaway participation and/or acceptance of the prize explicitly grants permission to the Sponsor to use Winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If required, participants must agree to sign a release to this affect. 5. Giveaway Description and Odds of Winning:
If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a Giveaway, or redeem a Giveaway for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Giveaway with one of equal or greater value should the advertised Giveaway become unavailable. In the case of multiple Giveaway winners, prize distribution is at the Sponsor’s discretion. All expenses relating to the acceptance of any Giveaway including, but not limited to, any taxes on prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner cannot accept a Giveaway in accordance with these Official Rules, the Giveaway will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Open to US residents only. Winner will be chosen at random from the likes/shares/comments and will be announced within 10 business days of the Giveaway’s end. Winners will be notified by a reply to their comment on the post.

6. Winner Selection and Notification and Terms of Acceptance:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor’s personnel, whose decision will be final as to all matters, including whether entries were received by the deadline.
No fee or purchase necessary to win. Product purchase will not improve odds of winning.
The Sponsor will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval. Decisions by the Sponsor of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding.
Giveaway winners will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone, e-mail, comment reply, direct message and/or certified mail. Winners will have five (5) business days to accept the Giveaway or will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. To accept the Giveaway, winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and consent to the use of name and likeness within the acceptance period mentioned above. If a selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the Giveaway notification or Giveaway is returned as undeliverable, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether it is caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable web site network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant’s computer or to any other computer related to and/or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for this contest. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Full Compass Systems, Ltd., which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
8. Governing Law:
This contest is being conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Wisconsin in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Should there by a conflict between the laws of the State of Wisconsin and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
