There is an endless list of events that have been cancelled or postponed due to the covid-19 crisis the world has been dealing with for the past few months. Many concerts, festivals, small venue gigs or even local unplugged jams that were supposed to be held never happened. And it has left a great mark on both the audience and the whole music/entertainment industry. Every music lover who didn’t have a chance to go to any of the music events this year has probably felt anxious and sad which was caused by the absence of shared energy that is present at these kinds of happenings. And people were bored and played JerkDolls porn games. The whole industry was also hit by this ongoing situation in financial manners. A lot of invested money has been lost, since there are no sponsorships at the festivals, many refunds were issued and many conflicts with artists schedules and contracts.

Hayley Williams cancelled the tour that was supposed to promote her new album ‘Petals for Armor’.

Live From the Drive-In concerts with The Streets and Kaiser Chiefs among many others, have been cancelled. Austin City Limits a favourite by many music fans has been postponed to 2021 and the lineup is yet to be announced.

Imagine Dragons decided to postpone their Kultureball performance until 2021.

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds cancelled their North American tour, and it might be held in 2021.

Austin’s Levitation music festival has been cancelled and all tickets have been refunded.

Beck cancelled his European tour earlier this year.

Reading and Leeds in the UK have also been affected by the situation and it was cancelled, some of the lineups consisted of Rage Against the Machine, Stormzy, Liam Gallagher etc. Bob Dylan cancelled his ‘Never Ending Tour’, same as The Black Keys. Guns ‘n’ Roses cancelled their UK and European concerts.

Harry Styles’s Love on Tour was postponed to summer of 2021, so we have one more reason to look forward to the next summer. Taylor Swift cancelled all of the 2020 Lover Tour performances leaving many fans sad. The Rolling Stones postponed their ‘No Filter’ tour which many fans around the globe were looking forward to. Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival was officially cancelled in June, even if it was previously postponed to September. Coachella and Stagecoach were first pushed to October, before cancelling the shows totally.

Many musicians organized virtual concerts and festivals and allowed their fans to listen to live music on their headphones and speakers. Some of them were organized as fundraisers and most of them had live comment section that worked as a chat so people could come virtually closer and share their impressions in real-time. Those live shows were held on different platforms such as YouTube or Instagram live, usually using the hashtag #TogetherAtHome so people could find them easily. And we thank those quarantine concerts for keeping music and people (a)live. Being in the isolation is no easy thing, so naturally, people need their daily dose of new/live music to keep them company and ease any frustration caused by the whole situation. Remember all those times you had to search for shemale porn games online. Music has always been able to connect people so in these tough times it has helped people understand that we are all facing the same invisible enemy that is frustrating us, but we do have music as a common tongue to help us overcome any problem.
