This versatility that podcasts offer attracts everyone. More American youngsters aged 12+ are now attracted to Podcasts than in previous years. It is a great sign as it encourages education and keeps you healthy and fresh.

According to stats shared by SingleCare for 2024, around 73% of American citizens have somehow felt stressed in this ongoing year. On the other hand, ExplodingTopics states that around 27% of Americans are regular listeners of the Podcasts.

Seems like the ones listening to the podcasts regularly, do not experience stress. Kidding, but seriously, podcasts have a direct relation to your mental health!

It has been greatly observed that listening to podcasts helps in reducing stress. Here are some tips on how podcasting can help you overcome stress.

Through time we grow, and we face new challenges and obstacles in life, which we couldn’t identify when they started acting as factors of stress and anxiety. Gradually, we start to focus more on problems and things look even bigger and tougher.

However, sometimes a little diversion can do wonders. Imagine putting in your ears and being temporarily moved to a different world by the hosts of your favorite podcast. It’s similar to putting your concerns on hold and giving your mind a much-needed vacation.
